Academic awards are made solely on the performance of the candidate in the academic assessments that constitute the entrance examination. These awards are considered in open competition. That is, all candidates are considered under the same criteria. There is no predetermined number of awards. The number of candidates nominated for consideration is determined by the levels of performances in the examinations. All nominated candidates will be expected to have attained to a high all-round level in the Verbal Reasoning, English and Mathematics examinations. The School reserves the right to make no awards if the standards of achievement of candidates is deemed to be insufficient to merit such an award. Awards may be up to 25% of the tuition fees. |
