Alcohol Awareness Presentation

The Alcohol Awareness presentation evening is this Tuesday at 7:00pm in the Buttery.

Netball: A Team / B Team

All pupils will be expected to be available (in the relevant kit) from 1:15 pm. Photos will be taken on the back lawn (by the buttery). Further details will be issued later this week.

Welcome to Reading Blue Coat School, founded in 1646 by Richard Aldworth, a merchant of the Skinners' company and a Governor of Christ's Hospital. Originally known as Aldworth's Hospital School, the school was established near St Mary's Minster Church in Reading to provide 'education and bringing up of 20 poor male children'.

Today his school is thriving, with 670 pupils (including 50 sixth form girls) purposefully engaged in developing their enormous potential, on our beautiful 44 acre estate in the village of Sonning, on the bank of the River Thames.
